Pen Portraits

As a Barrister (and a former solicitor) I have been actively involved, and acquired significant experience, in conducting, negotiating, and resolving high cost, complex, and at times, protracted litigation. I fully recognise the attractiveness to parties of ADR as an alternative cost-effective and swift means of resolution, with the potential significant benefit of maintaining their commercial relationship and interests, which might otherwise be irretrievably damaged in continuing adversarial and increasingly acrimonious litigation.
